Charlatan

Hahahaha, so I definitely THOUGHT about blogging everything that happened in the past month. I just haven't exactly gotten around to it. ;)

Recap of the past month and a half:

Smeeta and Subir were married and the wedding events were beautiful! It was such a good time, I cannot even explain it. I met so many great, loving people and I expanded my family immensely. Honestly, I am so blessed and I really appreciate everything.

The Monday before the wedding, Ritzy bit my face because I was dumb and startled him while he was asleep. I spent the night in the ER and surprisingly, Smee and Ameeta stayed with me, despite her being married in four days. Now THAT'S a true sister right there! But yeah, I'm left with this epically gross scar and I have to see a plastic surgeon. Ehhh, oh well.

After the wedding extravaganza, we went to Vegas. OH MAN, was that amazing or what? Amy and I definitely had the best time, hahaha. What with the numerous people we conversed with, the laughs we shared, and the riots we caused, we definitely formed a closer bond and she's basically my sister from another mister now. Another sister to add to the list!

September 12th, 2009 marked one whole year since Maria passed. It was weird to go to her burial place and see her headstone. This past year, I had begun to accept it but seeing everyone again, especially her mother, brought back so much emotion. I miss her so much, it's crazy.

School is going very well for me. I thoroughly enjoy it and cannot wait to transfer. I missed Transfer Day because of the fires but I'm going to go speak to my counselor and get back on track. Applications for UC's are due soon so I need to start that.

This past Thursday, Carmen and Vivianna and I went to Florentine Gardens for the Heist. It was awesome! Electro clubs are a lot more fun than I had expected and I will for sure be going back soon.

Emmm, those are basically the major events that happened that are worth talking about. I'm going to try to use this more often so I can actually remember my days later on.
